Spring Snow

Good Afternoon, Folks!

We are deep into the Spring season now!
It has been Spring for almost
6 weeks
Summer is in less than
8 weeks

Which means, when I walk outside, what do I expect?

Sunshine
Flowers
Blooming
Chirping Birds
Basking
Dresses & Skirts

But if we are into Spring, what makes this picture below seem odd?

If I should be wearing a summer dress...
Why is my arm covered in a thick sweater sleeve?

If I should be basking in the sunshine while birds chirp...
Why is there a snowflake resting on the sleeve?


Maybe because this is what it looks like outside today:


What is the temperature on this late April (almost May) afternoon?
32 Degrees.
What are the conditions?
Snow.
Cold. Snow.
(thank you weather underground for this lovely forecast)

But you know what?
We aren't going to let Mr. Snow Cloud rain on Mr. Sunshine's parade!
Today is the coldest, and snowiest day.
Its going to continue getting warmer and dryer over the next few days!
Next week will be filled with Mr. Sunshine
High 60's & Low 70's!

Spring Gel Gems!

It is feelin' a lot like Spring in Flagstaff right now!

Mr. Sun is shining bright, & Mr. Wind took the day off.

So downtown is warm and bright with lots of lovely people enjoying the day!

HOW TO USE

Carefully unstick GelGems from their package. Use them to decorate any clean, dry, smooth, flat, temperate, non-tinted glass surfaces. Use only on glass. You can use them again and again, washing in warm, soapy water if the pieces get dirty. When handled repeatedly over time, GelGems may lose brightness and adhesion.


HOW NOT TO USE

Don't give GelGems to children under 4 -they're a choking hazard.

Don't expose GelGems to temperatures above 120F - they'll get gooey.

Don't' stick GelGems on drywall, or other porous surfaces- they will leave oily marks. Test your surface!

Don't eat GelGems- they're not toxic, but they don't taste good.

Don't let your GelGems touch each other - they will bleed color onto each other.

Stains from misuse may sometimes be removed with acetone or nail polish remover.

Always test a small area first.
